Thanks for purchasing your product at Weighbridge Services Ltd

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Once we receive your returned item, we will notify you of recepit, inspect the item and contact you regarding the outcome of the inspection based on the below terms and conditions.

 

Returns

Weighbridge Services can only accept returns on all purchased items below the total individual value of £5,000.

Weighbridge sales provided through our website via our financing partners are not eleigble for returns or refunds. If there is an issue with a purchased item via the finiancng options on our website then please contact us to allow us to advise on how to proceed.

You have a total of 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

 

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for any shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs accrued on any returned items are non-refundable by Weighbridge Services Ltd.

Please use a 'Signed For’ service to return any items. Any products returned to us not using a 'signed for' service will not be eligible for a refund if delivery is not completed for any reason.

 

Damages

Should a product look visibly damaged upon delivery, please do not accept delivery or sign for the product. Please advise our chosen courier service to return the item to us, marked as damaged upon delivery and contact us regarding your concerns.

If a product be found to be damaged following acceptance of the delivery then please contact us so we can assist furhter.

 

Repairs/Replacements

Should an item be returned to us due to damage during transit Weighbridge Services Ltd will offer a replacment product where repairs cannot be made in a suitable manner. 

 

Cooling off period

Should you change your mind over your purchase you can return your product to us within 14 days from purchase for a full refund. Any items returned after the 14 days cooling off period, up to an idividual value of £2,000, will be given a 12 months credit note. Any items returned following the 14 days cooling off period, valued over £2,000, will be offered as a credit note or full refund based on the factors of why the product has been returned.
